Why we’re building Pretium Health Solutions
Most EHRs are built by software companies that have never run a clinic, then sold to practices that have to bend their workflow to fit the software. We started from the other direction.
Pretium Health Solutions is building a multi-tenant EHR platform that any licensed doctor, in any specialty, can rent and we’re proving it out first inside our own physical clinic: Pretium Primary & Urgent Care, opening in Georgia.
That means every workflow, every template, and every screen in the product has to work for a real clinic seeing real patients before we ever offer it to a tenant practice. We’re not guessing at what practices need we’re using it ourselves.

Where we are today
Pretium is pre-launch. Our Georgia clinic is preparing to open, and our EHR platform is in active development, built specialty-agnostic from the ground up rather than retrofitted from a narrower tool. We’re taking this approach deliberately: get the foundation security, compliance, and a genuinely flexible clinical core right before scaling to more specialties and more tenants.
What’s ahead
Our own clinic will be the platform’s first tenant, running on the same system we’ll eventually offer to outside practices. Once that’s proven in the real world, we’ll open the platform more broadly, starting with practices closest to our own clinic’s specialty and expanding into new specialties from there based on demand.
